flashgot disappears in firefox status bar
flashgot disappears in firefox status bar once i tried installing another add on. then i uninstalled and it didn't come back. also uninstalled and reinstalled flashgot to no avail. how do i make it get back in the status bar in firefox 3.5...

mmm, FlashGot has never been in the status bar, aside the "FlashGot Media" icon which appears only when you play a video or audio clip.
However, if there's no trace of FlashGot in the UI (especially in the contextual menu), maybe that's an Add-Ons Manager corruption.
Could you try to follow the steps outlined in this article?
