[RESOLVED] TG symbol on NoScript icon in Firefox

Post by cooper1085 »

I've been using NoScript for years and years, and I've never seen this NoScript icon on my browser. I've searched the web for information, but no dice.

What is it?

I cannot recreate this behavior opening the same URL where it has occurred, and it disappears after choosing the NoScript option to "Set all on this page to temporarily trusted", or when I use Firefox's "Reload current page(Ctrl-R)".Three websites are shown with the same symbol. The NoScript icon is a white circle wit the blue letter 'S', but with a small red rectangle containing the two white capital letters 'TG'. Normally websites open with a NoScript icon, white circle enclosed with a red line along with the small red rectangle and number of blocked scripts, or everything blocked with a red diagonal line across the 'S'.

It's the latest, quieter iteration of TabGuard (Cross-site identity leak protection).
