logs?

Post by whatever »

When I use NoScript, and I hover over the icon after a website loads, it might say something like "5 out of 12 scripts blocked." But there are 23 lines of potential scripts, 4 previously trusted, and the rest default. So how do I know specifically what scripts are blocked, because 5 out of 12 doesn't line up with 4 and 19... Is there a log page somewhere?

NoScript blocks all types of active content (see the sticky viewtopic.php?t=26285 for the full list). Scripts are just a subset. Most likely the apparent discrepancy you're seeing is that only non-script active content is coming from the "extra" sites.

If the active content is a network load, you can see what type(s) if you temporarily set the site to Custom, where the relevant checkboxes will be highlighted in red.

Also, note that that "5 out of 12" counter counts <script> tags, not number of sites from which scripts are trying to load.

Not atm. It has been requested in viewtopic.php?t=26249
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
