Please add option for PDF

I am using ImgLikeOpera to block images.
I am having the hardest time getting the pdf image to show up so I can click on it.
I turn images on. Nothing. Load the website sometimes nothing. Refresh sometimes nothing.
How about adding a separate option for blocking PDF.
I have "forbid other plugin's on" checked.
I use Foxit Reader; so there is no security risk for PDF's for me.(well at least not yet)
