Getting the same script on every tabs/pages loaded in Firefox

No matter what page I open in Firefox, I get the same scripts trying to load. The address it's trying to load scripts is cdnsure.com
I blocked it in NoScript but I'd like to understand what's happening and prevent it. I'm using Firefox 110.0, and NoScript 11.4.16.
So far I tried deleting the cache and refreshing Firefox. Still getting those scripts on all tabs and Web pages. I'm reluctant to reinstall Firefox for fear of losing all my settings.
Would it be related to another Firefox add-on? Thanks!

I turned off all add-ons and re-activate dthem one by one. The one add-on which was causing problems was "FVD Video Downloader". Disabled it. Thanks for suggesting!

Or some other "Flash Video Downloader"?
(Good thing they allow the same name for multiple products.)

I don't know if FVD is malicious or not, I reported it anyway. Firefox removed it from its store:
