What do you mean?
The disable toggle in the add-ons manager is blurred out or something else?

Changed author of OP to under their account to remove the email address. We don't give email support, but this being a public forum there are surely bad bots looking to harvest email addresses for spamming and other nefarious purposes.
@hitech444 Remember to log in before posting so that you can use your chosen username and don't need to repeatedly solve the CAPTCHA each time.

I disable it in Firefox addons, the button turns gray, but when I open the addons page again it is turned on by itself...

That looks like a Firefox bug or a profile corruption.
WebExtensions cannot enable back themselves once disabled.
