Neither in nightly, beta or stable here on Ubuntu.
Are you on Windows? Version?

Yes, Win7 (& 11.4.12rc1).
(I do not use "Aero", or whatever it is, simply the "Classic" windows theme, in case that makes a difference.)
I saw this before, but then wasn't able to duplicate it - but I got it now!
(This is on 108.0a1 (2022-11-14), but when I saw it earlier, I was on 109.)
(Absolutely, absolutely horrid what has become to FF. Absolutely horrid how Profiles are implemented.)

This looks like a Win 7 specific bug (cannot reproduce on a Win 10 VM with Nightly).
Does it happen to other tooltips from extension popups?
Worth opening a MozBug bug, if they still support that OS.

(Thought it did take a second bug for them to get it, which then also fixed this bug.)
