annoying scrolling bug in whitelist window

In version 1.9.8.86, when you go to manage your whitelist, e.g., delete some sites, when you scroll the blue bar cursor out of the visible area you get bizarre results. The scroll list jumps around in a bug ridden way. The app does not crash, but this sucks, so please fix it in the next release. Thank you.
