No Placeholder on Trusted Site (TED.com)

Using Firefox 3.0.14 on Ubuntu 9.04 x64, NoScript 1.9.8.86 (latest dev package at this time - I installed it to see if it would fix this problem but no dice).

On the Plugins page, I have Flash forbidden but "Show placeholder icon" and "Apply these restrictions to trusted sites too" checked. That is, I expect to get the placeholder on all sites so that I can decide which Flash movies to allow. This used to work perfectly but a recent update seems to have broken something.

YouTube still works as expected but TED.com videos do not. TED's front page has Flash for navigation which does work fine but when you get to the video page there is no placeholder. If I uncheck "Apply these restrictions to trusted sites too", I can watch the TED videos but then of course all whitelisted sites are able to play Flash without my say-so.

You need to Allow both ted.com & goggleapis.com.
Once done, the placeholder shows.
