New Appearance settings and Export/Import/Reset

NoScript 11.4.5rc1

new profile
STR:
1) NoScript Options > Appearance, enable Vintage Blue and explicitly select Light/Dark theme (pick the opposite of what it is)
2) NoScript Options > Export
3) NoScript Options > Reset
4) Tools > Add-ons Manager > NoScript > Remove
5) about:support, "Clear Startup Cache...", restart Firefox
6) reinstall NoScript 11.4.5rc1
7) import the export file from (2)
Expected results:
At (3), NoScript should be completely back to default configuration. At (7), NoScript should get the modified appearance settings from (1).
Actual results:
Appearance settings are retained after (3), they are not reset to default until (6) and are not restored after (7).
