Why does NS icon keep going away? FF98

Here's an odd one. NoScript is working well, love the program, but often when I open a new tab, the icon is no longer in my toolbar, and the only way I can find to get it back, and thus restore access to choose permissions for a site is to go to my addons, and stop then restart NoScript. I'm a little concerned that I may be exposed for the moment when I must shut down and restart NoScript, but more to the point it's annoying to needlessly shut down and restart the program sometimes dozens of times each afternoon because it won't keep the icon in place for use. Any idea why this happens, and suggestions to some means or some setting I can fix?

How many extensions have you got installed?
Does it happen with any other extension?
Could you take a screenshot of your toolbar when this happens?

When this happens, does a right-click context-menu still show the NoScript icon to be there?
