NoScript does not show everything that is blocked on DuckDuckGo video search.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Fresh profile (Firefox 98.0.0)
• Clean install of NoScript 11.4.1rc3, remove all Per-site permissions
• Go to https://duckduckgo.com, set duckduckgo.com to TRUSTED, search for "NoScript" and go to Videos
• Choose a video and select "Watch Here"
• Set youtube-nocookie.com to CUSTOM for top page duckduckgo.com (don't change anything allow "script")

Now the placeholder for the blocked media appears, but "media" does not show up in the list of the preset CUSTOM (Screenshot)

Sorry, I made a mistake: allow "script" for the custom preset.

I can reproduce this with NoScript 11.2, therefore the new features of 11.3 and 11.4 don't cause this.
