More than 24 hours ago I updated two Profiles from 11.3.8rc1 to 11.3.8rc2.
Just before making this post I updated a 3rd Profile to 11.3.8rc2.

However, I'm not sure what features are 'new in this version' as:

Getit
https://noscript.net/getit

the RSS Feed
https://noscript.net/feed?c=200&t=a

and the Changelog
https://noscript.net/changelog

do not mention 11.3.8rc2.

The 11.3.8rc tags and some of the 11.3.8rc2 changes are not yet on Github.
