Using a preset for contextual permission

Post by barbaz »

How to set a contextual permission to Default/Trusted/Untrusted? I don't mean just copying the capabilities, I mean actually setting the contextual permission to be Default/Trusted/Untrusted. Thanks
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

Not possible yet (and not currently supported by the back-end / persistence layer).
I'm still trying to figure out if it's worth the effort to create a way to "link" built-in preset references to contextual policies.
In that case, the planned preset buttons in the CUSTOM panel would make much more sense with a "Link to", right than "Copy from" semantics and a stateful pressed/unpressed behavior which gets unlinked and unpressed as soon as you change a capability.
