After updating to 11.3 NoScript no longer works for local files. That is - if I saved a web page and then open in in my web browser, clicking on NoScript icon does nothing. Usual web-pages work normally. There is no way to make it work for local pages now - as far as I've tried. It still correctly shows the number of blocked scripts on the icon though.
Rolling back to 11.2.25 fixes the issue. Is this intended? If it's not a bug, then how do I make it work for locally saved files?

It's a bug already fixed in latest development build, thanks.
