When you navigate to outlook.live.com, Firefox cannot load NoScript 11.2.25. NoScript states "In order to operate on this tab, NoScript needs to reload it. Proceed?" but even if you reload the tab, NoScript doesn't load properly and repeats the same message: "In order to operate on this tab, NoScript needs to reload it. Proceed?"

NoScript version 11.2.11 does work.

What version of FF, 68 ?

In any case, unable to confirm.

Provide more detail as to what you see, or don't, & where, & what happens.

It is very likely a breakage due to an incompatibility of the new code with Gecko 68 and below.
Unfortunately there's no way for me to check, since on my system the lowest Firefox version I manage to run, due to missing dependencies, is 69, which is working fine on outlook.com/owa.
BTW,while checking your report, I realized that another incompatibility was breaking the CUSTOM UI in Firefox 78 and below and fixed it in 11.3.1rc2 - thanks for that

Is there any chance for you to upgrade to a more recent Firefox?

Given the above, I'm very tempted to set the minimum compatibility version for NoScript 11.2.14 and above to 69, anyway.

What system & what missing dependencies?

Assuming Ubuntu or some Ubuntu-based Linux, I'm not seeing dependency errors even when running Firefox 68.12esr on the not-yet-released Xubuntu 22.04 (although there is other show-stopping issue there, but my issue is no different in Firefox 69)

Sorry, it was just a download architecutre mismatch on my side (686 vs x86_64).
Now I could test 68.12esr and can confirm outlook.live.com works just fine for me with NoScript 11.3.3rc1.
