Sorry, I thought I was on the last page and no solutions had been discovered, and did not see that Mr. Maone found a possible workaround for the issue.
I've edited the OP to note that NoScript
latest development build implements a workaround for this issue and to link to Giorgio's post about it.

(Grumble, grumble, grumble - about the drek that is Addons Manager. On the lighter side... Anyhow...
)
So I fire up FF 110.0a1 Build ID 20230101212612 (had been using earlier, but shut it down)
And I click a few links (from Session Restore)
And one link mentions (Synology) NAS update, & I read the post
Fire up,
http://10.0.0.2:5000/, log in, check Notifications & no mention of an update
And I'm like, OK
Jump back to a different Window, click a link & ... dead.
11.4.14rc2
So the work-around, isn't all there, yet (at least for me).
Let me also note, that while disabling NoScript allows me to post this post,
Disabling NoScript then "broke"
http://10.0.0.2:5000/ - until I refreshed that page (as in links there were not responding - with NoScript disabled, until I refreshed the page).

Today's nightly...
Opened FF
Download update
Restarted
Dead.
No clue about anything else - at this point.
I'll disable NoScript & see if comes alive... ?
Before that...
4 windows (restored on update/restart)
1 is to my NAS - blank
1 is to voidtools - blank
1 is to about:addons (which is a "privileged" page, so it loaded)
1 is to google (which i had opened only to see if I was really dead to start with) - blank
So in this case, not getting anything, as in not even from cache.
I'll disable NoScript & see if comes alive... ?
Yes.
So I'll restart (again) & see what happens...
Back working.
(Nothing like this had been mentioned at mozillazine.)

There weren't a lot of bangs for New Years, but there sure are for 2023.
an hour and 19 minutes ago (02:31:07 PM 01/05/2023)
11.4.14rc2
Given I'm on nightly... no telling if it's something there or just what?

This started for me in Firefox 108. After a while, I get simplified pages, with no styling, and NoScriot is non responsive. If I restart Firefox, it's fine for a while again. Is it the same issue reported here?

The issue reported here results in being unable to load
anything. "simplified pages, with no styling" is a lot more than the people here are getting. So I would think you're running into a different issue.
But to be sure, could you please start a new thread about your issue, with more details such as:
- What other extensions are you using?
- Does whether a page is affected depend on what NoScript permissions you have set for it? In particular, is "unrestricted CSS" unchecked for any of this - and if so, are there any specific URL(s) that are more likely to trigger this problem?
- Does the problem occur if NoScript is the only enabled extension, and all other extensions disabled?

I have FF 108.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows 7. I have installed the latest beta 11.4.14rc2 of NoScript, but the pages loading still hanging sometimes (typically once a day).
(If you need help with debugging like attaching debugger to the browser or running some debug-enabled version, I could try.)

So it's happening reliably on browser updates?
Should check using back-to-back nightlies?

No.
5th, 6th, 9th, & 10th, but only those mentioned failed on update/restart.

I'm on 102.6.0 esr (64-Bit) with NS 11.4.14 and the issue did not occur for some time now. However, I don't dare to call it resolved because I wasn't particularly focussed on the issue to be honest and I do not remember if it occured after the .6 update or not.
It seems unlikely but could this be Windows 7 related somehow? I noticed that most of us with this issue seem to still be on Windows 7.

Since the NoScript update, the browser hanged only once (may be full restart was required to update the plugin). But after that, no hangs yet.

Thanks. I'll have to do all that. For now, I leave NoScript disabled most of the time. When the issue starts, disabling NoScript instantly fixes it. I haven't tried immediately re-enabling it yet. It doesn't happen on any particular page, and once it starts, it's on all tabs I have open and any new pages I open. Where do I find "unrestricted CSS"? I don't think I changed that. Before FF 108, I have been using NoScript for many years without issue.

Where do I find "unrestricted CSS"?
If the affected sites are set to Default, Trusted, or Untrusted: it's in NoScript Options > General, select the tab for the preset the site is set to
If the affected sites are set to Custom, they will need to be changed individually in NoScript Options > Per-site Permissions, click the site's Custom permission setting.
