Tor Mobile NS not working

I have the most recent version of Tor Android and added NS but it is not disabling JS unless I had to configure the settings first. Speaking of which, the settings have some strange headings like _MSG_OptionsLong_ and _MSG_Import_. The heading also overruns the NS logo so it all looks like something is off.
