Question about Gstatic & its problematic to keep it blocked

Problem is if I block gstatic.com I cant log into Youtube. I read this article >>> https://yoodley.com/gstatic-meaning/. It says
As I said if I block gstatic Youtube breaks. So should I block gstatic ? If yes how do I use Youtube ?
It says 39.6% of internet traffic is tracked by Gstatic & at the same time it also says there is no need to worry about since it’s only used to deliver content and does not track your personal activity.
