Global Whitelist

Interested in hearing any plans for a Global Whitelist that can be consolidated/merged across devices and various NoScript capable browsers.
Could you please be more specific and detailed about what you're missing a feature to achieve? NoScript Webext's site permissions system is such that the term "whitelist" is too vague and could mean any of several different things.
Does Firefox Sync support cover what you're seeking?
