How to change settings without auto-reloading?

I'm trying to use NoScript on a website that logs you out when your browser auto-reloads. I can refresh the page by clicking on the navigation menu.

How to disable auto reloading?

Currently you can't, sorry (quite a rare use case).
But couldn't you just change the settings before logging in, or provide permanent permissions?
