Error on www.gov.uk vehicle-tax

On the site "https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-tax" with Firefox 84.0 (64bit) on Windows10, and NoScript set to trust the site "vehicltax.service.gov.uk", an error "PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR" occurred when transitioning from the page "Check the details" to the page that accepts payment details ("Pay by debit or credit card"). Clicking "Try again" had no visible effect.
After temporarily disabling NoScript, the transition worked and the payment details could be entered and the transaction completed.
