AB+ and NoScript compatibility

I wondered why I was getting Ads pop up when downloading from certain file servers despite having AB+ From what I have read am I right in thinking that this may have something to do with noscript. All this time I have been using the internet thinking my privacy is being protected by both AB+ and Noscript and it looks like this is not the case possible due to changes made with noscript. Excuse me for my lack of understanding as I am not very computer and internet literate, so if someone could clarity this for me I would be grateful.

It's easy to tell: if you stop getting these popups when you disable NoScript, and they come back when you enable it back, your theory is correct.
It's very unlikely though.

It can be a bit confusing at times, so thank you for asking. The conflict between NoScript and Adblock Plus was resolved months ago. NoScript may block additional ads that are served by javascript and other active content, but it won't allow any ads through that are blocked by ABP. Could you post the urls of any sites that are giving you a problem? It might be more effective if you ask for help in the ABP forums. Be sure to include the urls that still have unwanted ads so the team over there can help you out.

That would be a good idea, but I have become that reliant on noscript that I do not like the idea of disabling noscript.

Thanks for your advice Alan. The sites in question are http://depositfiles.com & http://www.storage.to Maybe ABP allows ads on these sites by default, I dont know they only show up on downloading and can be easily closed but I would prefer it if they were not popping up. My Norton 360 site safety has detected on a couple of occasions that on some of the adverts dispalyed on storage.to that the ads URL is detected as being a malicious site. ie reported to containing some sort of malware/spyware, and no script has blocked parts on the ad

If I disable ABP & allow scripts Globally, I'm not seeing much of anything on depositfiles.
I get one Flash advertisement & no popups.

Sample (direct) URLs:

http://depositfiles.com/en/files/kejlou9xy (small file, no timeout)
http://depositfiles.com/en/files/s6ebt620z (60 second timeout)

And one not so "direct":

http://filespump.com/go.php?file=136754 ... ox+360.rar
