Unresponsive Script Error w/YouTube Download

I have been studying Spanish recently and discovered a wonderful resource in YouTube. It is possible to download great videos that are just superb. And I have been busily downloading these videos . . . and . . .
Something changed about 2 weeks ago. I began getting script errors. Here's the deal. YouTube provides a nice script for downloading mp4 files. Here it is:
Get UTube video
javascript:if(document.location.href.match(/http:\/\/[a-zA-Z\.]*youtube\.com\/watch/)){document.location.href='http://www.youtube.com/get_video?fmt='+ ... ='+swfArgs['video_id']+'&t='+swfArgs['t']}
I discovered that the script errors would no longer happen if I "Allow Scripts Globally". So then I did a Google search and found the following bit of wisdom (which I only partially understand):
Unresponsive Script Error with Get UTube Video (excerpt):

". . . we strongly suggest you at least use NoScript to block plugins. You do not need to use the NoScript per-domain permissions if you check the "Apply these restrictions to trusted sites too" option under the NoScript Plugins preference tab."
"In fact, with this setting you can even have NoScript allow Javascript globally, but still block all plugins until you click on their placeholders in a page. We also recommend Better Privacy in this case to help you clear your Flash cookies."
---------------------------------------------
I am not sure if "Allow Scripts Globally" is the same as "You do not need to use the NoScript per-domain permissions . . ." as mentioned above.
The part about check "Apply those restrictions to trusted sties too" I was able to locate. But I don't know about not using "NoScript per-domain permissions". If you could clarify that part, perhaps I can use NoScript while downloading videos.
OR . . . if you have a better suggestion, that would be helpful. For the record, I have the latest update to NoScript.
Thank you for your kindness in helping NoScript to work with the official YouTube download script.
