[Answered] VIVALDI difference from Firefox 'advanced' tab options?

Vivaldi latest stable release
NS latest from google store - 11.0.39

The following are general questions about the 'advanced' options tab, not just the
latest release:

ONE: There is no XSS toggle as shown in the Fx version - is this by design because it can't be toggled in Chromium/Vivaldi
and if so, is there a way to check if NS is catching XSS?

TWO: Is the toggle for 'enable permanent permissions in incognito mode' in the NS settings dependent on the Chromium/Vivaldi setting - accessed in the /extensions > details frame, entitled 'allow in incognito'? Toggling the Vivaldi setting doesn't appear to toggle the NS setting.
I run Tor for cloaked browsing, so I don't really need to understand the incognito settings, but someone else asked me and I thought it
may be worth getting clear.

1) NoScript's XSS filter requires WebExtensions APIs that are currently only available in Firefox and other Gecko-based browsers. Don't Chromium-based browsers have a builtin XSS filter?

2) No. It just affects how NoScript behaves under your browser's incognito mode. It is independent of the browser setting and does not affect it.
