[Resolved] NoScript prevents page loads after manually migrating profile

Hi!
I've been manually moving data to a new computer. I've got Windows 10 1019 x64, Firefox 76.0.1 (64-bit) and NoScript 11.0.26. As part of this process I've manually moved the contents of the old Firefox profile folder to the new one, but this has apparently broken something for NoScript.
With NoScript enabled, web pages simply don't load: the page sits at "transferring data from (website)" forever. If I disable NoScript, the page loads correctly.
I've tried going into NoScript options and hitting reset; no luck. I also notice in the "Per Site Permissions" tab it sits and spins with a circle, not loading anything.
I've also tried ditching the extensions file as mentioned in the General Troubleshooting steps; no luck.
I'm assuming I've shot myself in the foot by doing the manual migration. What can I delete to fix this. It's not a tragedy if I have to re-create site permissions, so long as I can get to use NoScript. Thanks for any light anyone can shed.
