NoScript 11.0.11 with Firefox 72.0: no hint.

NoScript 5.1.9 with home-built Waterfox Classic 2019.12 (20200103060435): working as expected – there's a hint.

No, it is not expected! And I get the same result with NoScript 11.0.12rc1. Selecting "Custom" for googletagmanager shows only "script" highlighted in red.
