Quantum NoScript Development Build 11.0.9rc1 not signed

I am trying to install the "Quantum" NoScript Development version 11.0.9rc1 by clicking the link, but a window alerted me that this version has not been signed. I hope the website update its link. - Thanks

The file is signed.
(I downloaded the #dev version from https://noscript.net/getit#devel.)

And it does install as expected, on my end.

Ensure that the file you clicked (downloaded) is 11.0.9rc1 & not the older Legacy ("Classic") version (5.1.9rc1) also shown on that page (which is not signed).
