Noscript breaks sharepoint site.

Hi. I am running noscript in the way that I block scripts globally and allow on an individual basis sources that I can accept.

I have a problem with a sharepoint website because of the way that I am running noscript (block scripts globally and allow sources on an individual basis)

It breaks a sharepoint site (my company intranet).
It's the only website where I experienced this.

I want to disable noscript just for this website. But You can only allow extensions for URLs in chrome. Not block for individual URLs.
I already tried to allow the URL of the intranet, but it still breaks.

Any ideas?

alternatively I have to turn around and allow all globally and just block what I don't like
