What is it that does not pop-up?
The OutWit interface itself? If so, it looks to be working here.
Try a standard diagnostic to look for another extension conflict.

Hello, sorry but I had to use the Google translator because my English is not quite correct.
I mention that I tested has several extensions and disable the one that gave me problems to display the window Docs OutWit is the extension NoScript. When you disable NoScript I have no problem working with Outwit Docs.
Can sugirme few simple steps to Reliz I can open that with NoScript OutWit Docs?
