Will there be a port to Edge Chromium? Or should we just wait for a 'allow chrome / chrome-store extensions' functionality like I've done with Opera?
Asking for a friend (professional me).
Only asking as a query / or suggesting as a potential feature suggestion. No entitlement inferred or intended, quite frankly, it's up to my workplace to protect me, so "I don't care" about their browsers.

extract the xpi into a directory
about:plugins (whatever the equivalent in Chrome is), you had to checkmarks some "advanced" box
then you were allowed to install an extension "from outside the store", by pointing to the directory
(Been some time since I opened Chromium/Edge, though I just happened to open both, this morning.)

NoScript 10 already works in Edge (Chrome).
Don't recall the install procedure offhand?
Something like...

Thanks for the response, though, @therube, really is much appreciated!
