ABE not showing in advanced options

I have Firefox 67.0.4 installed and when trying to access ABE to add an exception I do not see ABE as an option. All I see are two choices, 1- Sanitize cross-site suspicious requests and 2- Debug. I have tried Check for Updates and Firefox says NoScript 10.6.3 is up to date. Was this feature removed? If so, how do I add an exception to NoScript's rule set?
