Problem with latest version 10.2.4, auto-installed last night. Youtube videos not working even when use 'temporary allow script/disable restrictions on this tab'.
Rolled back to 10.2.3, Youtube working fine with Noscript.
Using Firefox 66.0.

Not able to confirm.

As a test, create a new, clean Profile.
Only install NoScript.
Visit Youtube.
