When I install the 1.9.8.8 update, "Organize Bookmarks" no longer works as the dialog box is blank. Also the "Read It Later" addon will not function. I restored my partition image to get back to a state before the update and then uninstalled "Read It Later". I then applied the 1.9.8.8 update to see if "Read It Later" was conflicting with "NoScript". It does not seem the case as "Organize Bookmarks" still will not work with 1.9.8.8 installed.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Read It Later works for me, Rfine, and Organize Bookmarks works both with and without Read It Later installed. Do the Standard Diagnostic.
