How-to allow local file:/// links in 10.1.9.x?

Since some days Javascript on local pages loaded via "file:///" links (on a Linux machine) are blocked, and there doesn't seem to be an option to enable them. Unfortunately this affect my home-page (full of sophisticated menus calling little Javascript functions).
The current NoScript version is 10.1.9.1.
The only work-around is to "Disable restrictions for this tab".
Is there something I missed somewhere or may this be a bug?

OK, I've just noticed this is a duplicate to "Bug in 10.1.9.1 with local disk pages". (I've searched for "file links", so I missed that originally.)
