A Script in the extension "NoScript" is causing Firefox to slow Down.

This new message is appearing on some webpages and it seems to be in a loop because even though the NoScript icon indicates that it is not blocking anything and though I select to Temporarily disable extension on the Page, it just comes back. While I am seeing it on a page that tells me that have logged out of a financial website, it will get annoying if it continues.

I have just updated to Firefox Quantum 62.0(64 bit) in Windows 7 with NoScript 10.1.9.1
