[FIXED] Noscript hanging on UPS tracking site

This past week, I have been getting notices at the top of the Firefox window (am running latest Firefox quantum on Windows PC), saying that a script in Noscript is slowing down the browser. This happens when I go to Ups.com and try and track a package (am in the US section of their site). The site stops till I tell it to stop the script, sometimes it takes a couple rounds of that.
I have tried disabling restrictions for the tab, no change. Also tried disabling restrictions globally, still happens then too.
When it happens, if I try and click on the noscript icon, it brings up the header of the usual popup, but no details in it at all. Very odd.
I just upgraded to the latest Firefox - was running one version back - it happens the same way in both versions. The Noscript add on is up to date as well. This did not start till this past week.
Any ideas how I can fix this, or is this a new bug (or old one I didnt know about) ?
Thanks,
Chris
