Infinite loading loop while noscript is activated

So i started experiencing an infinite loading loop while noscript is activated, i have the latest version, i've run my antivirus and malwarebytes for malware/virus, reinstalled NS and it's still behaving the same way as if it was infected.

v 10.1.8.17 is what i'm using if anyone is wondering what i meant by latest, it was updated yesterday so i suspect is related to it

No, you're not infected, but that's probably something interfering with the CSP headers injected by NoScript in each page.
Could you please check NoScript Options>Advanced>Debug and send us whatever [NoScript] message you get in your
Browser Console (Ctrl+Shift+J)?

I'm getting exactly the same thing.
Pretty much just started happening.
Constantly refreshes on every webpage.
Disable noscript and everything is fine again.
Considering noscript has just been updated I'm betting the update broke something.
Really not liking the idea of having it disabled so hope it's fixed soon.

The pastebin is really useful.
Could you try disabling session restore (start with a blank page, rather than with last tabs) and see whether this keeps happening?
I suspect there's some internationalized domain (e.g. with Japanese characters) among the sites which are saved in your session restore and I've just spotted a bug with handling those

weird that happened just after the last update, i had no problems in the previous version

An experimental build which should fix this is coming, but I also suspect some weird entry in your permissions list.

i am unable to export/import, plus i also had uninstalled/removed it in an attempt to fix the problem so not sure if there's anything left over from the old version i was using yesterday

This line is what was breaking the previous implementation of Sites.domainImplies().
Now I've got to figure out how it went in your permissions
