10.1.8.17rc2 Wrong Icon & Block Count on Github attachments

Clicking attachment link in Github the NoScript icon changes to default when save file dialog shows up. Github host is set as as trusted, google analytics - untrusted, others default. The count of blocked scripts showing in NS Icon's tooltip is wrong. Disabling all addons but noscript doesn't fix an issue, creating new profile, installing latest dev build and trying affected page again doesn't help much. Screenshot:
