ABE submenu is missing from advanced tab

I'm using Plex as a media server and the updated version,when set to use https, no longer works in Firefox.

I believe I've tracked the solution to a change in my ABE rules, but when I go to the NoScript options page and select the Advanced tab, I do not have the sub menu that I expect to see. Am I wrong to expect to see a sub-menu? The screenshots on the NoScript page are from the old version so I'm not sure what the newer version ought to look like.

AFAIK NoScript 10 doesn't have ABE yet.
