NoScript whitelist affects HTTPS Everywhere Icon info in Tor

Why does deleting the default Noscript whitelist cause HTTPS Everywhere Icon when clicked on
to come up blank in the Tor browser?

Likely same issue as https://forums.informaction.com/viewtop ... =7&t=24484 .

tl;dr In order to use WebExtensions, you need these entries in your NoScript whitelist -

Thanks. Also if you disable JavaScript (about:config) in browser you get same results.
HTTPS Everywhere icon will come up blank when clicked on.
