I have recently started having problems with Weather Underground. www_weatherunderground_com won't finish loading, a 'tail-chasing circle' just keeps spinning. If I go to a station for a forecast, https://www_wunderground_com/weather/us/mo/hazelwood/63042, the WunderMap sometimes fails to load and from this page, the 10 day forecast won't load, just a mostly white page.
Any ideas? It all worked fine a few days ago, no changes that I recall making.

Works for me with just wunderground.com and wxug.com set to Trusted
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

It's all working for me too with the OP's configuration he sent me by email, with no modification.
Could you check wether the problem persist with latest development build 10.1.8.1rc2 and/or with all the other extensions disabled?
