Site Causes No Script (and everything else) not to work

When visiting the following site: www,scotusblog,com with noscript enabled noscript and all links on the site and on my browser seem to stop working. When I disable noscript, none of this happens. When visiting the site with noscript enabled, clicking on the noscript icon on my toolbar shows nothing but a blank box. Any ideas on what's happening? Thanks in advance.

What NoScript version?
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

I cannot reproduce on latest development build 10.1.7.4rc2, probably because the issue might be the same as https://forums.informaction.com/viewtopic.php?p=96410
Could you please verify?
