thanks for your answer. in the addon Overview of Firefox is written:

NoScript is not compatible with Firefox 52.7.2 (ESR 64 Bit).

NoScript 10.1.7.3 is automatic deactivate.

Current NoScript 10 requires Firefox 59 or later. You need NoScript Classic from https://noscript.net/getit
