Unable to access Development Version Site (10.1.7rc2)

I am using Firefox 58.02 64-bit and trying to access/install the "development version" (10.1.7rc2); however, Firefox could not establish a connection to the server (Unable to connect). I already "whitelisted" on NoScript "secure.informaction.com." Even disabled "uBlock Origin", but still unable to connect. My addons are: ublock Origin (v1.15.11b0), NoScript (v10.1.6.6rc2), and Https Everywhere (v2018.2.26). Is there any way to access the development version link? ... noting that I previously was able to install the development version 10.1.6.6rc2). What's going on? - Thanks

It's a Let's Encrypt certificate (just like the one on this very site), and it obviously works on my Firefox 58. Could you show us the certificate details you can see for
https://secure.informaction.com on your side?
