This is a known limitation in Quantum which will be overcome as soon as possible.

Yes, it is better now but when I select custom NoScript doesn't mark WebGL as hinted blocked element.

Ah, nice that this got fixed. However, looking at the code, I need to ask if you are familiar with the frame/iframe "workarounds"?
