[FIXED] Issue with "Search or add a web site"

Perhaps I found an issue, but what I am reporting could be by design. When adding domains to create permission rules in NoScript Options, with beta 10.1.6.4rc4, when you add a domain and click the + sign, the domain is entered but you have to reload the Options page for the new permission to actually appear in the list.
With earlier NoScript 10 versions (including version 10.1.6.3, I just tested it), after clicking the + sign, the permissions page would immediately go to the site you just added.
I created a thread yesterday to report this but almost immediately I deleted it after realizing that the permission does actually gets entered in the permissions list after reloading the page. But I am not sure if what I am seeing in beta 10.1.6.4rc4 is by design or if adding domains to set permissions in Options page should work in the latest beta as it does in stable 10.1.6.3.

Firefox 58.0
NoScript 10.1.6.4rc4
new profile
STR:
1) go to NoScript Options
2) in "Search or add a web site", type in any site that's not there
3) click the + button
Expected results: full sites listing appears with the new permission.
Actual results: sites listing is "locked" in the state it was immediately before clicking the + button. So if you entered a domain that's not already listed in NoScript Options, the sites list is locked to totally blank. It stays this way until the Options page is reloaded.

NS10 Options page - list of known sites disappearing bug

Steps to reproduce:
- Open NoScript Options page;
- In "Search or add a website" field add a domain name with or without protocol;
- Add it to known sites list as trusted by hitting + button next to that text field.
What happens: list of known sites doesn't reappear despite Search or add a website" field clearing itself after hitting + button.
What should happen: list of known sites should reappear after hitting +
Manual recovery: Just refresh the options page
