5.1.8.4rc1: Webpage is not refreshing on permission change.

BoA disables a "You need JavaScript" warning.
Allow BoA.
Result: Nothing.
The page does not refresh after allowing. You have to manually refresh the page.

Oh, so I'm going to
assume this will only occur on a restartless install.
IOW, you have to actually restart your browser before it begins working correctly.
Restarting, & now permission refresh looks to be working (in the very limited testing I've done).
Although I had to restart my browser...
(SeaMonkey 2.49.1, btw.)

I'm using Waterfox 56.0.3, and I do not see that problem in a clean profile. I would be surprised if my issue is related to an issue in SeaMonkey 2.49.1.
To be clear, a normal restart set things right for you, correct? Normal restart didn't cut it for me. Only after using -purgecaches does it set straight again.

Yes.
Although I had to restart my browser...
That was more to point out that there was another instance where a browser restart was require (plus more, in your case), where you would not necessarily expect to have to do that (these being restartless & all that

). [I guess, saying, what good is restartless if you in fact need to restart in order to get something working properly.]
