Exporting settings

When I export settings (by clicking on "Export" at the bottom of the panel) what extension should I give the file, as there is none?
I use Linux, maybe this is what is causing it?

I assume you are using NoScript Classic, based on your UA and the fact NoScript 10 puts Export near the top.
Extension is not mandatory.
For the Export button on the very bottom of NoScript Options, I use .json
For the Export button unique to the Whitelist panel, I either don't put an extension or use .txt
