Which versions?

NoScript just updated.
In the address bar, it says version = 5.1.8.3 which is strange as the release note page has this as its title:
"V. 10.1.6.3 - Quantum Security for everyone!"
How is it possible that such a contradiction can occur? One of both must be wrong, I suppose it is the earlier one. But then why is this earlier version number shown in the address bar? This is originating in the server, isn't it?
